After completing this form, a project assessment team will review the request.
A representative or two will likely need to visit the work site to assess the project prior to commiting to the project.
The project Contact person will be contacted as soon as possible regarding project approval and to make any arrangements.
Northside Christian Church is typically unable to pay for the supplies needed for the project, but would provide free volunteer labor. The project recipient will need to pay for materials/supplies. Volunteers would normally provide tools.
